THERAPEUTIC SOUNDBATH

I am thrilled to welcome back Michelle and James from Shanti Sound who in 2011 created their vision to share the uplifting and healing power of sound and song. Bring your cushion, mat, blanket and water bottle, lie back and let your mind and body unwind as Michelle and James create mesmerising sounds and vibrations using Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gongs, Cosmic Tone Instruments, Flute, Medicine Drum, Didgeridoo, divine vocal harmonies and gentle percussion. Michelle is a qualified Sound Therapist through the British Academy of Sound Therapy; James is the creator of Cosmic Tone Instruments and both are lifelong musicians who have been performing music together since 2008, specialising in Soundbath's since 2012. Bookings are essential and will be confirmed once payment via Cash or EFT of $30 is received. There are limited spaces for this event so don't miss out. Children who are over the age of 12 and able to remain still and quiet are welcome to attend.
