Whether you're a beginner wanting to learn more about yoga or a more advanced student wanting to broaden your skills, Y Knot Yoga offer private yoga classes. Sessions are tailored to suit your body's needs and are available by appointment only.
Your instructor will carefully plan out your session depending on areas you wish to focus on. Private classes can benefit all skill levels of yoga and may include but not limited to:
Expanding your practice
Becoming more confident in poses and techniques
Experiencing more challenging poses
Focusing more time and breath on area's of the body relevant to you
Developing and planning a home practice session
Working on problem areas such as tight shoulders, hips and hamstrings
Bookings may be made for a solo class or as a group.
