GROUP CLASSES

We offer regular group yoga classes from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and studio closure dates. Group classes offer up to 12 spots to enable all students to maximise their yoga experience in a comfortable and personal space. 

Group sessions include a variety of postures that focus on flexiblilty, balance and strengthening. Session plans change weekly for a diverse yoga experience and often incorporate flow movement, breathing techniques and mental relaxation.
