Y KNOT CLOSURE PERIOD

Y Knot Yoga will be closed from Saturday September 17th until Monday 3rd October and classes will resume on Tuesday 4th October 2016.

During this time, I will be going to Rishikesh in Northern India visiting Temples, Ashrams & Holy Caves and in my spare time doing lots of Yoga and Meditation.

Rishikesh, translated means “The City of Saints” and known as the “Birthplace and World Capital of Yoga” is in the foothills of the Himalayas therefore referred to as the “Gateway to the Himalayas”. A peaceful, sacred temple town surrounded by mountains and on the banks of the Holy Ganges, this will be the perfect place to enhance my knowledge by gaining experience and spiritual wisdom.
